Job Description

As a Telehealth Nurse at Telenett, you will play a crucial role in providing remote healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting virtual consultations, assessing patient needs, and providing appropriate treatment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients and gather necessary information about their health history and current symptoms
  • Use clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and specialists, to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
  • Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle changes
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
  • Monitor patient progress and follow up as needed to ensure their health needs are being met
  • Adhere to all telehealth regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of patients
  • Continuously stay updated on the latest developments in telehealth technology and healthcare practices to provide the best possible care to patients

Requirements

  • Active nursing license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in telehealth or telemedicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
  • Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic medical records systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient needs
