The Opportunity:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Crypto Analyst to conduct in-depth research, analysis, and ratings of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and digital asset markets. This role is critical in helping our audience make informed investment decisions in the complex world of digital assets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external audiences, defend ratings, and ensure methodologies remain relevant through rigorous back-testing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, and emerging digital asset technologies.
  • Rating Methodology: Enhance and maintain a robust cryptocurrency rating framework.
  • Content Creation: Produce detailed reports, research papers, and analysis pieces on crypto market trends and blockchain innovations.
  • Fundamental & Technical Analysis: Evaluate project whitepapers, tokenomics, market capitalization, trading volumes, and team backgrounds.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Track and interpret regulatory developments impacting the crypto ecosystem.
  • Market Insights: Analyze sentiment, trading patterns, and technological advancements; develop financial models for valuation.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Present research findings internally and externally; respond to inquiries across platforms such as X (formerly Twitter) and Telegram.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital finance trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Prior experience as an investor in the digital assets ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing L1, DeFi, and deAI ecosystems.


Technical Competencies:

  • Expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Significant experience with cryptocurrency trading platforms and market data sources.
  • Good understanding of smart contract development.
  • Familiarity with blockchain explorer tools.
