What You’ll Do

  • Install, replace, and start up commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, package units, etc.)
  • Perform quality ductwork, refrigeration piping, and equipment setting
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans
  • Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites, often as part of a crew
  • Communicate professionally with customers, GCs, and team members
  • Complete required documentation and use company-approved apps and tools (company iPad provided)
  • Participate in ongoing training and follow all company safety procedures

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Installer or Technician
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation best practices, and code requirements
  • EPA certification; Journeyman or Master license is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, roofs, and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset

  • Hourly pay: $16.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
