You will be responsible for the entire vlog post-production pipeline, from sifting through footage to final polish.<br><br></p><h1><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the entire long-form vlog editing process, finding the most compelling narrative arc in hours of raw footage per video.<br></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the creative execution, music selection, B-roll integration, motion graphics, and sound design to maximize viewer engagement and emotional connection.<br></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Constantly find new ways to level up our storytelling style, studying the best narrative creators on YouTube while maintaining our unique, mission-driven brand.<br><br></p><h1><strong>What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):<br></strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Objective 1: Produce compelling YouTube videos based on the directives from the team.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><u>Key Result:</u></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">1.) Sift through hours of footage to find the hidden narrative, identify the most powerful moments, and structure the edit to maximize emotional impact and audience retention.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Brand & Quality Control:</strong> Act as the final guardian for all vlog content. Ensure every second of video aligns with our brand, our mission, and our high standard of technical excellence (no audio pops, no color issues, no typos).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Asset & Project Management:</strong> Meticulously organize all project files, raw footage, B-roll, music licenses, and graphic assets in our systems (ClickUp & Google Drive).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong> Review the performance of every video you cut.
