<p>About the job</p> <p>We’re looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist to take the lead on marketing for our growing WordPress plugin business.</p> <p>If you’ve previously worked in a WordPress plugin company and know what it takes to grow a plugin brand, this is your chance to shape and drive our marketing efforts. We want someone who isn’t just executing tasks, but also bringing new ideas, strategies, and suggestions to the table.</p> <p>🌍 Work Type: Remote</p> <p>🕒 Time Zone: We operate in GMT+3 and require at least 4 hours of overlapping working time with our team each day.</p> <p>💰 Salary: $6,000 – $10,000 per year</p> <p>🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:Planning and improving email campaigns, segmentation, and automation (FluentCRM + SendGrid)<br /> Reviewing Google Analytics data and helping improve tracking via structured UTM usage<br /> Investigating and improving user journeys with tools like Hotjar or similar<br /> Planning and executing outreach campaigns with bloggers, YouTubers, WordPress plugins, and affiliate marketers for partnerships and backlinks<br /> Managing our Discord and Facebook groups<br /> Collaborating on product launches, updates, and marketing funnels<br /> Supporting content generation (docs, videos) with AI-assisted workflows<br /> Suggesting improvements for our internal automation flows (we use n8n)<br /> Most importantly: bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership of our marketing direction</p> <p>✅ What We’re Looking For:Proven experience working in a WordPress plugin company<br /> 2+ years of experience in digital or product marketing<br /> Solid understanding of the WordPress plugin ecosystem is required<br /> Hands-on experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation<br /> Familiarity with analytics and behavior tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)<br /> Experience with community building and managing social platforms<br /> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially for marketing and partnership-related tasks<br /> Ability to propose, plan, and execute strategies with minimal supervision<br /> Comfortable creating screen recordings or videos when needed<br /> Proactive mindset, able to research, generate marketing ideas, and propose new strategies<br /> Bonus: Experience with automation planning or workflow tools</p> <p>📌 Application Process:Fill out the application form with your background and relevant links<br /> If your profile fits, we’ll ask for a short strategy task or campaign sample<br /> We’ll invite you for a short online meeting to understand your approach and experience<br /> If we’re both happy, you’ll receive an official offer!<br /> 👉 This role is ideal for someone who’s already navigated the WordPress plugin marketing space and is ready to take ownership of growing a plugin brand.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
