This person will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Allbirds' wholesale and International Distributor business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is committed to sustainable practices and revolutionizing the footwear industry.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Wholesale</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Develop and Execute Wholesale Marketing Strategies:</strong> Collaborate with the Director of Wholesale to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Allbirds' brand vision and wholesale objectives. Execute these strategies to support the growth of Allbirds' wholesale business.</li> <li><strong>Support Wholesale Account Management:</strong> Work closely with the Wholesale Account Management team to ensure the effective execution of marketing plans for key wholesale accounts. Provide guidance and support to wholesale partners in implementing marketing initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Wholesale Marketing Collateral and Assets:</strong> Brief and manage marketing collateral and assets, including product catalogs, seasonal asset guides, digital initiatives, training programs and promotional materials. Ensure all collateral aligns with Allbirds' brand identity and messaging.</li> <li><strong>Trade Shows, Sales Meetings, and Events:</strong> Coordinate and manage Allbirds' presence at trade shows, sales meetings, industry events, and wholesale partner conferences. Develop booth layouts, oversee logistics, and ensure a consistent brand experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Distributors</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Distributor Go-to-Market Strategy: </strong>Develop and facilitate execution of Distributor Go-to-Market strategies: collaborate with Director, International Distributors and HQ Brand Marketing team to develop modular DTC and local wholesale marketing strategies that can be adapted to a variety of smaller international markets.</li> <li><strong>Distributor Relationship & Marketing Support: </strong>Serve as the primary marketing contact for distributor partners, aligning on campaigns, retail execution, and digital needs while guiding adherence to brand standards.</li> <li><strong>Distributor Asset Delivery & Localization: </strong>Oversee timely delivery of seasonal assets and work with distributors to adapt global materials, calendars, and campaigns to local market realities.</li> <li><strong>Distributor Performance Reporting: </strong>Develop and maintain a consistent reporting framework, reviewing partner performance, providing feedback, and highlighting successes internally.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Cross-Channel</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Market Analysis & Competitive Insights:</strong> Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance across both channels to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budget Management:</strong> Partner with Finance, Brand, Creative, and GTM teams to manage budgets, ensure alignment, coordinate timelines, and deliver cohesive brand execution across wholesale and distributor markets.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on wholesale or distributor marketing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p> <p>This position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 and is based out of our San Francisco corporate office.
