Alongside this you will have access to a world of amazing benefits such as:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 40% off fashion</li> <li>Up to 40% off hospitality, foodmarket and hampers</li> <li>30% off beauty and perfumery, wine and spirits</li> <li>Clothing allowance</li> </ul> <h2>About the role…</h2> <p>Working alongside the VM manager and Assistant VM Manager, your role will be to maintain the overall VM standards of Harvey Nichols, ensuring we are showcasing the highest standards possible to our clients.</p> <ul> <li>Working alongside the rest of the VM team, assist in VM rotations across all floors and categories following a structured calendar that is shared and agreed with the Store GM, Sales Managers and Head of Visual Merchandising.</li> <li>Carry out daily VM standard checks with the shop floor team, ensuring all areas of the floor are well maintained, including highlighting any areas that require maintenance and/or cleaning and following up with the relevant teams.</li> <li>Ensure that all products on the floor are displayed to the highest standards, making sure to steam, tag and prep all products where appropriate.</li> <li>Ensure stock is put back correctly into stock rooms and stored neatly.</li> <li>Ensure products are handled with care and are not damaged and any damage is reported immediately and appropriate action taken to prevent this in the future.</li> <li>Assist on projects such as pop-ups, in-store events, and any other ad hoc requests, ensuring the highest VM standards are presented and maintained when required.</li> <li>Partner with store ops and stock to ensure all products displayed are accounted for and the necessary stock requirements are met.</li> <li>Working with the HO team, implement seasonal schemes, both in store and windows, as and when requested.</li> <li>Working alongside the signage team, produce any necessary signage when requested.</li> <li>Share images of any changes through the correct channels such as store whatsapp groups as and when requested.</li> <li>Keep an accurate record of all VM Tools including props, mannequins and hangers and ensure they are well maintained and replaced when and where needed.</li> <li>Ensure a safe environment is maintained for customers, staff and suppliers.</li> <li>Working with the VM Manager, ensure all VM installations meet statutory requirements for H&S/ Risk Assessment standards and that store team is trained on procedures which minimise the risk of injury and damage.</li> </ul> <h2>Is this you?</h2> <p>We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and are looking for something uniquely different.</p> <ul> <li>Good organisational, planning and time management skills and high attention to detail</li> <li>High problem-solving capability</li> <li>Strong visual merchandising skills and aesthetic sensibility.
