<p>About the job</p> <p>We’re currently hiring passionate and forward-thinking Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians to join our client’s team of Health Coaches on a 6 month fixed-term basis (40 hours per week). These roles are available for immediate start.</p> <p>If you&#8217;re looking for flexible, impactful work that makes a real difference, this is an excellent opportunity to support individuals across the UK who are living with obesity and type 2 diabetes. You’ll be coaching participants through a digital health programme, providing behavioural support to help drive long-term lifestyle changes and healthier habits.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is passionate about improving health and wellbeing, has strong critical thinking skills, is confident using digital tools, and comfortable working remotely.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>As a Health Coach, you’ll guide participants through a structured 12-week programme via a digital platform. Support is delivered primarily through written group chats and 1:1 messages, with occasional voice notes or calls. You’ll play a key role in encouraging behaviour change across the following pillars:</p> <p>Nutrition<br /> Physical activity<br /> Sleep<br /> Stress<br /> Mindset</p> <p>As part of our holistic approach, Health Coaches deliver the Second Nature programme to individuals living with obesity alongside co-existing conditions such as type 2 diabetes and/or hypertension.</p> <p>Our client is rapidly expanding our team and are looking to recruit a fixed term contract Health Coach (dietitian or nutritionist) to support consumer members across our non medicated and medication Support (GLP1) Programmes.</p> <p>In addition to direct coaching, Health Coaches play a key role in supporting wider business initiatives in engaging with members via calls.</p> <p>This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting our members. You’ll need to be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating primarily through digital channels.</p> <p>About Our Client</p> <p>Our client is a leading UK-based health tech company focused on tackling chronic lifestyle diseases through behaviour change. Their app-based programme combines behavioural science, technology, and personalised coaching to help users improve their health, lose weight, and reduce their risk for conditions such as type 2 diabetes.</p> <p>They are one of the few digital health providers actively commissioned by the NHS to deliver weight management and diabetes support services.</p> <p>What We’re Looking For</p> <p>Registered Nutritionists or Dietitians (HPCSA/AFN/HCPC registration is a pre-requisite)<br /> Strong critical thinking skills and up-to-date knowledge of the evolving field of nutritional science<br /> Confident tech skills and the ability to work independently on a laptop all day<br /> Confident communicating on the telephone to help deliver engagement calls<br /> Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities<br /> Comfort working remotely as part of a dynamic team of 50+ Health Coaches<br /> A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to cross functional initiatives that support brand visibility and growth<br /> Experience using evidence-based behaviour change techniques (e.g. CBT, NLP) to support lasting lifestyle changes<br /> Previous experience supporting people living with type 2 diabetes, obesity, and those using GLP-1 medications</p> <p>Perks &amp; Benefits</p> <p>Work from home with complete flexibility, managing your hours from Monday &#8211; Friday between 7am-8pm UK time<br /> Autonomy to design your schedule around your lifestyle<br /> See the direct impact of your work on people’s lives<br /> Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team<br /> Flexible, short-term contracts with potential for extension</p>
