Builds relationships and works with business line management to identify training needs; delivers World Class Service during all interactions. Responsible for implementing and monitoring training programs. Contributes to the development and implementation of Business Line wide initiatives.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Facilitate training sessions in virtual and self-paced formats.</li><li>Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.</li><li>Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to support development.</li><li>Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.</li><li>Ensure training content complies with current insurance regulations and licensing requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and senior trainers to identify training needs.</li><li>Support onboarding and continuing education initiatives.</li><li>Participate in after-hours Learning Academy sessions as needed.</li></ul><div><br><strong>What you will do:</strong></div><ul><li>Facilitates training programs emphasizing technical and sales skills, applications, vendor and product information, AAA quality standards and Five Diamond Member experience culture. Delivers training utilizing a variety of training techniques. Ensures trainees comprehend the complexity and depth of related information. Facilitates training programs in a variety of settings including formal classroom settings, various locations, regional training centers, distance learning and one-on-one training sessions. Training programs may be conducted after business hours. Depending on business line training may delivered to non-employees. </li><li>Builds professional relationships with AAA partners and vendors. maintains high level of topical expertise and knowledge of all product offerings, industry trends, department policies and procedures. Participates in department meetings to communicate proactively the status of training initiatives, ideas, and concepts and to gather feedback from the management staff. Provides constructive coaching throughout training and nesting to help learners refine and enhance their technical and professional skills toward established standards.</li><li>Develops and adjust training programs geared toward the depth of knowledge required by the trainees’ position and prior skills. </li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends by attending related seminars and courses and maintaining industry certifications. Represents the department and organization at Club, community and industry functions.</li><li>Depending on Business Line assist the operations during events or high demand weather related storm. Depending on Business Line works closely with monitoring/quality assurance team to identify performance gaps and opportunities and recommends learning solutions to line management.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in insurance or training-related roles.</li><li>Valid Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to travel within the organization’s footprint (overnight stays may be required).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.</li></ul><div><br>AAA Northeast is proud of our diverse culture, fostered by the many talents, skills, passions, and expertise of our employees.
