The successful candidate will have a strong background in team dynamics, communication, and conflict resolution, as well as a commitment to building and sustaining a positive team culture.The Team Coach is responsible for understanding team dynamics, working with teams to facilitate the collaborative process, and coaching team members to help them achieve their goals. The Team Coach should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving abilities, and an ability to work with diverse teams.
