TEAM LEWIS and its team have won many prestigious awards, including Cannes Lions, PRovoke Media, ICCO, European Excellence, PRCA Digital, Digital Impact, and Global Digital Excellence.<br>Job title Talent Manager – UK<br>Reporting to People Director, UK<br>Location London HQ<br>Purpose of the role<br>As Talent Manager, you’ll own end‑to‑end regional recruitment for all business areas (Client Services, Creative, Digital, Production, Finance, etc.), acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the People Team. You’ll drive proactive sourcing, manage recruitment processes, and support wider talent programmes that strengthen our employer brand and pipeline. You will also be responsible for onboarding new joiners, working closely with the wider people team.<br>Responsibilities<br>Source and recruit high‑caliber team members at senior levels.<br>Build pipelines for candidates across PR, digital and marketing at all levels.<br>Support full‑cycle recruitment from outreach through to contract signing and onboarding.<br>Talent track: identify and build relationships with talent at all levels across the region.<br>Build a pipeline of potential candidates for roles at all levels.<br>Reduce recruitment agency costs by sourcing candidates directly for all roles.<br>Build a flexible, skilled pool of freelancers.<br>Contribute to and take part in initiatives created with the global talent team.<br>Monitor industry recruitment and talent trends.<br>Input to and help roll‑out HR/Talent initiatives.<br>Promote and help nurture an excellent culture.<br>This role will also work with the global Talent/HR Team to develop people programmes and ensure consistency across the global network. Travel to offices in the region may be required from time to time.<br>About You<br>Proven experience in in‑house recruitment/talent acquisition (or agency experience with strong stakeholder management and end‑to‑end delivery).<br>Ability to recruit across a range of roles (ideally including a mix of creative, digital, marketing, production or corporate functions).<br>Strong stakeholder management – confident advising hiring managers.<br>Excellent sourcing capability and comfort with proactive outreach/headhunting.<br>Experience using an ATS and hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and TeamTailor).<br>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live roles.<br>Confident communicator with a candidate‑first mindset.<br>Data‑aware approach: able to use hiring metrics to improve processes.<br>This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
