Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in multinational hiring to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment process across multiple countries, ensuring that we attract top-tier talent to support our international expansion. This role will require an individual with a deep understanding of global recruitment strategies, local labor laws, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for multinational hiring across various departments.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the companys objectives and ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure that job requirements and candidate profiles are clearly defined.
Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, market trends, and compensation benchmarks in different countries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and universities to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates.
Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and metrics to leadership on a regular basis.
