Talent Acquisition Specialist - Multinational Hiring Experience (Lebanon)

Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in multinational hiring to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment process across multiple countries, ensuring that we attract top-tier talent to support our international expansion. This role will require an individual with a deep understanding of global recruitment strategies, local labor laws, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for multinational hiring across various departments.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the companys objectives and ensure high-quality talent acquisition.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure that job requirements and candidate profiles are clearly defined.

  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, market trends, and compensation benchmarks in different countries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and universities to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates.

  • Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and metrics to leadership on a regular basis.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a multinational or global hiring environment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.) and sourcing tools.

  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.

  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations in various regions, particularly in the MENA region and other key international markets.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with recruitment analytics and performance tracking.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within multinational environments.

  • Experience recruiting for various departments, including but not limited to IT, marketing, finance, and operations.

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple countries.

  • Familiarity with remote and hybrid recruitment processes is an asset.

  • Full-time position with flexibility in working hours.
