Together, employees create impact through teamwork, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence.<br><br><strong>The Role <br><br></strong>The Senior Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex network infrastructure programs involving engineering and construction activities. This role provides end-to-end ownership of network deployment initiatives, ensuring delivery quality, schedule adherence, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, vendors, and operations.<br><br>The position requires a strong engineering background, deep understanding of OSP/fiber network deployments, and the ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder programs in a matrix environment.<br><br><strong>The Main Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Program & Engineering Delivery <br><br></strong><ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure programs from design through construction completion </li><li>Oversee engineering processes from conceptualization through implementation </li><li>Coordinate engineering teams, construction supervisors, contractors, splicing vendors, and external partners </li><li>Serve as field interface for engineering and construction execution <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Quality, Risk & Compliance <br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform quality audits of engineering designs, prints, and construction outputs </li><li>Ensure compliance with NESC standards, OSP construction best practices, and safety requirements </li><li>Identify risks and gaps across engineering and construction lifecycles and drive mitigation plans </li><li>Resolve program issues related to scope, quality, schedule, and execution <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership <br><br></strong><ul><li>Act as a primary escalation point for market-level and program-level issues </li><li>Lead cross-functional meetings and provide leadership on objectives, metrics, and delivery readiness </li><li>Partner with process teams to implement new or improved engineering and deployment processes </li><li>Reporting & Forecasting </li><li>Accurately report program status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics </li><li>Maintain and update project databases and systems of record </li><li>Support forecasting and planning for capacity, timelines, and resource needs <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience </li><li>5+ years of telecom or network infrastructure program management experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of: <br></li></ul><ul><li></li><ul><li>Fiber network engineering and OSP construction <br><br></li></ul></ul> <br><br><ul><li></li><ul><li>Underground and aerial utilities <br><br></li></ul></ul> <br><br><li></li><ul><li>Permitting, traffic control, and ROW processes </li><li>Ability to read and assess engineering designs and construction plans </li><li>Advanced proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Look For In a Candidate<br><br></strong>Forged Fiber’s culture is built on honesty, respect, trust, transparency, and a growth mindset. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
