Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Systems Engineering Supervisor specializing in Siemens fire detection and alarm systems. In this pivotal remote role, you will lead a team of engineers and technical professionals in the design, development, and support of fire alarm systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. You will be the technical authority ensuring compliance with NFPA standards, UL certifications, and Siemens protocols while driving efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of fire alarm engineers and designers working on Siemens-based projects.

  • Oversee and approve detailed system design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to local and national fire codes, including NFPA 72, UL standards, and jurisdictional regulations.

  • Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and sales departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Provide technical expertise on Siemens products, including system architecture, programming, and integration.

  • Conduct regular audits, quality assurance reviews, and site inspections (virtually or on-site as needed).

  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, facilitating professional growth and technical upskilling.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Siemens technical representatives and ensure all systems are current with the latest firmware and software.

  • In-depth knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 72, UL, and local fire codes.

  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and fire system programming tools.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • U.S. Work Authorization is required.

Experience

Working Hours
