When you join Stream, you won’t simply start a new job—you will build a meaningful and impactful career.</p><ul></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW </strong></p><p>The <strong>Senior Director, Strategic Marketing, National Platform,</strong> is a senior marketing leader responsible for elevating and scaling Stream’s national marketing platform across multiple markets. </p><p>Operating as a strategic leader and platform architect, this role defines how marketing is conceived, organized, and delivered—ensuring that Stream’s marketing platform (tools, workflows, content, and brand) is consistently and effectively deployed across all assigned markets. </p><p>This leader acts as a strategic advisor, platform orchestrator, and conductor of AI-enabled workflows—enabling local teams to operate with greater efficiency, consistency, and strategic impact. </p><p>This role focuses exclusively on scaling the platform across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, driving adoption of tools and workflows, and elevating performance across the portfolio. </p><p>Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role partners closely with market leaders, brokers, and national platform teams to translate business priorities into scalable marketing strategies that drive measurable impact across the enterprise. This role will also support 6 of Stream’s major markets.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Market Leadership & Strategy </strong></p><ul><li>Oversee marketing strategy and performance across multiple markets.  </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to market leaders and brokers, aligning marketing efforts to revenue goals, business priorities, and client development strategies.  </li><li>Identify growth opportunities and position marketing as a driver of business development, pursuits, and client engagement across all assigned markets. </li></ul><p><strong>Platform Orchestration & Multi-Market Scale </strong></p><ul><li>Extend and operationalize the national marketing platform across all assigned markets.  </li><li>Ensure consistent adoption of tools, workflows, and standards across markets.  </li><li>Act as the primary connector between local markets and national platform teams (Brand, Content, PR, Operations, Data).  </li><li>Drive efficiency by shifting work from custom, one-off execution to scalable, repeatable systems. </li></ul><p><strong>AI & Workflow Leadership </strong></p><ul><li>Lead adoption and integration of AI and workflow automation across assigned markets. </li><li>Redesign marketing workflows to reduce manual production and increase strategic capacity.  </li><li>Enable local teams to operate as conductors of systems, not just executors of tasks.  </li><li>Partner with Marketing Operations to continuously improve tools, processes, and performance. </li></ul><p><strong>Business Development, Pursuits & Sales Enablement </strong></p><ul><li>Partner with brokers and business line leaders to drive business development strategy and pipeline growth. </li><li>Lead and elevate pursuit strategy, including positioning, storytelling, and competitive differentiation for high-value pitches and proposals.  </li><li>Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of pitch materials, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.  </li><li>Drive adoption and effective use of sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and related platforms) to support prospecting and client engagement.  </li><li>Align marketing efforts with deal origination, client targeting, and revenue generation workflows.  </li><li>Identify opportunities to integrate data, insights, and intent signals into business development strategies.  </li></ul><p><strong>Property Marketing & Positioning </strong></p><ul><li>Oversee go-to-market strategy for property marketing initiatives across assigned markets, including leasing, asset positioning, and campaign execution.  </li><li>Ensure all property marketing deliverables reflect strong asset positioning, storytelling, and brand alignment.  </li><li>Partner with leasing and asset teams to develop differentiated positioning strategies that align with market conditions, target audiences, and ownership objectives.  </li><li>Leverage data, insights, and platform tools to elevate the quality, consistency, and performance of property marketing efforts across markets.  </li><li>Champion compelling asset-level and market-level messaging that clearly communicates value, drives engagement, and supports leasing velocity. </li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership & Capability Building </strong></p><ul><li>Coach and develop local marketing teams, elevating strategic thinking, capability, and execution quality. </li><li>Ensure teams are effectively leveraging platform resources and not duplicating efforts across markets. </li><li>Oversee public relations efforts and earned media strategies in collaboration with the national PR team and third-party agencies. </li><li>Support the development and execution of market events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to deepen client relationships. </li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all assigned markets. </li></ul><p><strong>Performance & Business Impact </strong></p><ul><li>Establish KPIs aligned to revenue support, efficiency, and platform adoption;
