Senior HR Generalist - Full-Spectrum HR Management (Lebanon-Based)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team at Progressive Technology. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and HR compliance. This is a Lebanon-based position that offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to drive impactful change in a fast-paced, innovative technology company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic environment and will be passionate about fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and provide advice on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
HR Compliance: Ensure the organization is compliant with all local labor laws, policies, and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Training & Development: Develop and facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist with managing compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, salary surveys, and employee benefits administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
