Senior Analyst - Business

<p>The Senior Analyst - Business is responsible for analyzing on-site search activities and capabilities to drive discussions with internal organization partners to solve critical customer challenges, providing regular and ad-hoc analytical reporting, and supporting the product development process to enhance customer experience with on-site search. This role will utilize Python and SQL to analyze data health and work with cross-functional operations teams to identify appropriate solutions for enabling customers to navigate the online assortment to find the right products. In addition, this role will conduct data analysis of current systems and processes, identifying root causes, developing solutions, and directly supporting the ecommerce team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collect and analyze information pertaining to the on-site search experience, including internal data, e-commerce traffic, internal and external customer behavior and feedback.</li> <li>Collaborate with counterparts in information technology and development resources to create reports and validate analysis, leading discussions for enhancements.</li> <li>Based on requirements, develop reports and user stories, plans for delivery, and plans to monitor and measure impact.</li> <li>Present findings and functional requirements to development team and stakeholders throughout the agile iterations.</li> <li>Work with quality assurance analysts to create test plans and/or execution test scenarios to support requirements validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing.</li> <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced analysts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required.</li> <li>Strong analytical background with Python and SQL proficiency.</li> <li>7 years required, 10 years preferred experience of digital or related field, preferably in B2B.</li> <li>7 years required, 10 years preferred business and data analysis experience in a software or systems role.</li> <li>3 years required, 7 years preferred experience in product ownership, management, or other product lifecycle related experience.</li> <li>3 years required, 7 years preferred experience global, localization, and multi-language/multi-currency, platforms a plus.</li> <li>5 years required, 7 years preferred experience in digital channels, including web, mobile, apps and social; experience with scanning and mobility solutions a plus.</li> <li>3 years required, 5 years preferred experience driving requirements with UX, CX, and Analytics teams a plus.</li> <li>Strong analytical capabilities to uncover root causes and represent customer requirements into specific functional requirements.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Product Management or Product Owner methodologies, practices, and Product Lifecycle</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to create current state analysis, data process maps and flows, User Stories/Tasks/Features, test cases, use cases and requirements pertaining to data, interface, usability, security and other disciplines as required.</li> <li>Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to capture requirements, customer feedback, information gathering sessions and other meetings with detailed notes.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with a cross-functional team of product owners, developers, analysts, designers, product data management experts, and others to create a world-class experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability in working with a product owner to assist with high-level documentation such as customer behavior analysis, data health overview, and charter documents.</li> <li>Working with and creating change management plans that measure the results or drive additional improvements.</li> <li>Ability to present difficult concepts to an audience in easy-to-understand language and slides.</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>#Remote</p> <p>#LI-A1</p> <br>This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. <div> <br> </div> For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
