<p><strong>Description</strong><br /> Our client is a trusted property inspection company that has been serving Southeast and Southwest Florida since 2017. With over 10,000 completed inspections, they are a solution-driven team that goes beyond reporting deficiencies—helping clients recognize the full potential of every property by connecting them with vetted trades and offering clear, professional guidance.</p> <p>The company is expanding its team with a Sales Associate Virtual Assistant who will help grow the client base, nurture relationships with realtors and insurance agents, and ensure every client feels supported before, during, and after their inspection.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Sales &amp; Client Outreach<br /> o Build and maintain relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and clients. o Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and Go-High-Level CRM follow-ups. o Promote our inspection services and special offers to real estate offices.</p> <p>Scheduling &amp; Coordination<br /> o Assist clients in booking inspection appointments.</p> <p>o Ensure inspectors’ schedules are optimized.</p> <p>o Confirm appointments and follow up with agents, clients, Home Owners Associations and others in preparation for inspection day.</p> <p>Customer Service<br /> o Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.</p> <p>o Provide clear explanations of our services, including 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections.</p> <p>o Support clients with post-inspection questions and connect them to our inspectors for final wrap-up calls.</p> <p>o Ensure all inspection reports are ready and updated on our operating software.</p> <p>CRM &amp; Reporting<br /> o Maintain accurate client records in our CRM (experience with GoHighLevel or similar preferred).</p> <p>o Track leads, opportunities, and conversions.</p> <p>o Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to management.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong><br /> Sales-oriented mindset with proven success in customer service and sales roles.<br /> Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).<br /> Experience in real estate, property management, or home inspections (preferred, but not required).<br /> Proficiency with CRM software, scheduling tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.<br /> A people person with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br /> SALARY &#8211; $ 1,500 PER MONTH<br /> TYPE OF WORK &#8211; FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. / Occasional Saturday or Sunday coverage may be required.<br /> WORK SCHEDULE &#8211; US TIME ZONE (East Coast)</p>
