Job Summary:

Ryder Systems, a global leader in logistics and transportation solutions, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Finance to lead financial operations and strategy remotely from Honolulu, Hawaii. This executive-level position plays a pivotal role in directing the financial planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation activities across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, proven leadership in managing large teams, and a passion for driving business performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business operations.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic business decisions.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Drive operational efficiency through financial modeling, data analysis, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple regions.

  • Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
