This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in the software development and other industries, experiment with AI-driven approaches, and make a direct impact on Scopic’s growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring best practices and clear goals.<br /> Assess Scopic’s current SEO strategy and develop a roadmap to increase organic traffic, lead generation, and conversions.<br /> Oversee execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.<br /> Monitor performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights.<br /> Analyze emerging trends in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and develop strategies to position Scopic&#8217;s brand and content in AI-driven search results such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.<br /> Stay ahead of industry trends—particularly innovations in AI-driven SEO and GEO—and proactively introduce new tools and methods.<br /> Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.<br /> Ensure consistent communication, organization, and clarity in task planning and reporting.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>7+ years of professional SEO experience, including leadership/management of SEO teams.<br /> Proven track record of delivering SEO growth in competitive industries (bonus if in software development or technology).<br /> Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, crawling, indexing, schema, site speed optimization, etc.).<br /> Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building and digital PR.<br /> Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.<br /> Familiarity with web structures: servers, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.<br /> Experience with AI/LLM-driven SEO experimentation (preferred, but not required).<br /> Excellent communication and organizational skills — able to explain complex SEO insights in a clear, actionable way.<br /> Flexible, proactive, and open to innovation.<br /> Advanced written and spoken English.<br /> Bachelor’s degree or higher.</p> <p>The Secret Ingredients That Make Us Special:</p> <p>Your growth is our growth.
