[Remote] Field Marketing Specialist, Corporate Net New Business (NAMER)

They are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive marketing programs aimed at capturing new corporate accounts and building a robust customer pipeline in the NAMER region.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute regional go-to-market plans specifically designed to overachieve on net-new logo goals and lead conversion targets
  • Monitor and act on real-time intent data (e.g., 6sense) to launch rapid-response campaigns targeting Corporate accounts showing high-priority signals
  • Support end-to-end activities for list criteria development, specifically focusing on expanding our contact database within prospect-only "greenfield" territories
  • Manage and deliver "door-opener" campaigns—such as virtual threat briefings or self-service security assessments—designed to convert cold Corporate prospects into active sales opportunities
  • Support in-person and virtual programs, including venue sourcing and post-event uploads, with a relentless focus on accelerating follow-up to ensure NNL conversion
  • Deliver marketing communications to sales and SDR teams to ensure they are equipped with the right "Net New" messaging for outbound sequences
  • Regularly report on metrics and trends leveraging Salesforce, focusing on ROI from campaigns specifically targeting new business vs. existing customers
  • Manage a very tight project timeline and budget to deliver high-impact marketing activity without sacrificing quality or speed

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in developing demand within a high-tech B2B environment, with a preference for cybersecurity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • "Hunter" Mentality: A passion for discovering new ways to creatively differentiate CrowdStrike to prospects who haven't yet joined the "Crowd."
  • Technical Aptitude: Past experience working with Salesforce and lead generation tools to manage data and report results
  • Vendor & Agency Experience: Ability to work with third-party providers for list services, conferences, and demand gen programs
  • Courage & Initiative: The drive to take initiative in a fast-paced environment, address problems head-on, and continuously improve our NNL acquisition process
