Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Bilingual Data Clerk to join our dynamic team for a 1-year contract. This role requires fluency in both English and French and offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our data operations, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of critical information used across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data into internal databases and systems.

  • Translate and process documents in both English and French to ensure bilingual data consistency.

  • Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support data collection and information requests.

  • Assist in preparing detailed reports and summaries for management and other stakeholders.

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data privacy standards.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of data entry and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is mandatory.

  • Proven data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience
