<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a talented <strong>Quality Project Manager</strong> to join our team <strong>specializing in problem solving/8D/SRCA, product development, or current product experience</strong> for our location in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will lead cross-functional quality and improvement initiatives from concept through execution, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to address complex product, process, and customer-related issues. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define project scope, establish measurable objectives, and deliver sustainable solutions that improve quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical quality expertise and project management capability, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources while driving results. You will leverage data analysis, visualization, and communication tools to clearly articulate problems, root causes, and solution pathways, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
