The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of their projects, i.e., completing each project on time, within budget, and satisfying the customer.</span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt;">They are responsible for producing accurate, extremely detailed, and time-sensitive submittals, change order proposals, as well as material orders for commercial construction projects.
