If this sounds like the place for you – come join our team! </span></p> </div></div><h2><strong>Title: Product Manager Product Manager, Biometric Platform</strong></h2> <p><strong>FLSA Status: Exempt </strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Remote USA, UK & Ireland </strong></p> <p>As the <strong>Product Manager, Biometric Platform</strong> you will be responsible for creating a new set of capabilities in Prove’s platform, from 0 to 1. This role will initiate all product planning activities, including developing product roadmap as well as authoring product specifications and attending scrum meetings with your engineering partners, basically being the expert in Prove’s biometric stack across the organization.</p> <p>This individual works with cross functional teams including Finance, Technology, Data Engineering, Support, Compliance, Info Sec, Implementations, Operations and other Product Managers to ensure that Prove consistently delivers excellence to the identity market.</p> <p>Prove’s capabilities help users identify themselves to our customers with a high level of confidence while minimizing user experience friction. Biometrics supplement Prove’s overall goal of increasing trust across the internet, and our vision is to do so in a way that preserves user privacy.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage & prioritize roadmap, partnering with leadership, technology, solutions, marketing, & sales/customer success</li> <li>Manage enhancements & partner with engineering to review backlog, story requirements, and ensure accurate and timely delivery</li> <li>Coordinate amongst the cross-functional pod that is responsible for creating, supporting and improving the Biometric Platform capabilities</li> <li>Identify and maintain full list of product configurations, including third party components and implementation details as well as publishing internal documentation</li> <li>Validating and reporting on the status and health of each capability</li> <li>Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Information Security to ensure platform capabilities meet all necessary risk & regulatory requirements</li> <li>Partner with Technical writers as appropriate to ensure customer-facing documentation is up-to-date and clear</li> <li>Partner with Client Success to resolve client issues surrounding implementation, billing and, reporting</li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic expectations</li> <li>Performing other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience product management, product marketing, or equivalent experience in a technology context</li> <li>3+ years of experience as a product owner in a scrum team in a fast-paced scaling environment</li> <li>Strong technical background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development experience </li> <li>Experience with creating and deploying biometric capabilities</li> <li>Experience with privacy-preserving cryptographic techniques</li> <li>Experience with identity management platforms (Okta, Entra, etc.)</li> <li>Demonstrated track record crafting technical product positioning, messaging, content and programs</li> <li>Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization </li> <li>Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated experience growing an existing product and building new, valuable features</li> <li>Experience in a high growth startup with quickly expanding teams and aggressive revenue growth plans</li> <li>Experience in high growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.</li> <li>Promoting, maintaining and enhancing our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership</li> <li>Exhibiting a strong passion for learning our products and markets through in-house and external training</li> </ul> <p>The anticipated salary range for this role based on location is $165,000- $190,000 plus company bonus.
