Orthodontist

Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-centered Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our network of affiliated practices. In this role, you will provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. Working in a fully equipped clinical environment, you will evaluate patients using clinical examinations, dental and medical histories, digital imaging, and radiographs to develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals.

As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will perform a full scope of orthodontic procedures, including placement and adjustment of fixed appliances, clear aligner therapy, early interceptive and growth modification treatments, and retention planning. You will educate patients and parents on treatment options, expected outcomes, oral hygiene, and appliance care, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the treatment process. You will collaborate closely with general dentists and other dental specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary care and deliver high-quality, integrated treatment.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to evidence-based standards of care, and following all infection control, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines. You will provide clear case presentations to support treatment acceptance and work with practice staff to optimize patient flow and scheduling while maintaining a calm, compassionate chairside manner. In addition, you will help mentor and guide clinical support team members, contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
