We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help train and evaluate AI systems that will power the next generation of healthcare technology. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs, and we need nurses who understand how care actually works to make sure AI gets it right.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and patient care directly shapes how AI understands healthcare.

What You'll Do
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, nursing workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy and real-world applicability
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses related to EHR systems, clinical documentation, and patient care processes
  • Translate your frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback that helps AI systems improve
  • Assess the quality of AI-generated guidance on topics like Epic, Cerner, and other health information systems
  • Provide clear, detailed annotations and ratings using structured evaluation frameworks
  • Work independently and asynchronously - on your schedule
Who You Are
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in healthcare settings
  • Familiar with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar clinical documentation systems
  • Strong grasp of nursing workflows, clinical data, and patient care documentation
  • Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • No prior AI experience required - your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
  • Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing leadership
  • Experience with data annotation, quality review, or content evaluation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or language model outputs
  • Advanced clinical certifications or specializations
