McLeod Solution Specialist

<p>Description</p><p>The McLeod Solution Specialist, known internally as TMS Specialist, is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the McLeod Software platform, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker. This role serves as the bridge between transportation operations and IT, ensuring the system supports efficient load planning, dispatch, billing, and settlement processes while enabling scalability and integration across the enterprise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Administer and support the McLeod Software platform, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker, Ancillary and API program integration</li><li>Configure and maintain system settings such as rating, customer contracts, carrier profiles, dispatch workflows, and settlement rules</li><li>Manage order lifecycle processes including order entry, dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver/carrier settlement</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported problems; coordinate with McLeod support as needed</li><li>Lead or support system enhancements, upgrades, and module implementations (e.g., EDI, document imaging, mobile/ELD integrations)</li><li>Oversee EDI/API integrations with customers, carriers, and third-party platforms (visibility tools, telematics, etc.)</li><li>Partner with operations, accounting, and customer service teams to optimize workflows and improve system utilization</li><li>Develop reporting and dashboards using McLeod tools, SQL, or BI platforms</li><li>Maintain data integrity across customers, carriers, rates, and financial transaction</li><li>Create and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and user training materials</li><li>Train new users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and efficiency</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field;
