Marketing Data Analyst

NinjaOne is a company that simplifies IT work for over 35,000 customers globally. They are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support their global marketing team by evaluating campaign performance and providing insights from complex datasets to aid in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing teams to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance, and aid in the production of internal and external reporting and dashboards
  • Analyze enormous datasets from 10+ channels, 500+ campaigns, and a multimillion-dollar budget, and proactively discover opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Be responsible for data collection and data processing, and build and maintain a cadence of regular reports and analysis
  • Build self-serve data visualization and data reports for business stakeholders
  • Conduct full funnel, multi-channel ROI analysis, and attribution analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science required
  • 1-3 years' experience in an analytics-focused role supporting marketing / website / business reporting and analysis functions
  • Experience pulling data from various sources and generating sophisticated excel reports
  • High attention to detail, stellar analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is a plus: Tableau, Databricks, Python (e.g. Jupyter notebooks, pandas)
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing ambiguity and complexity with ease
  • MS preferred
  • SaaS company particularly in supporting marketing teams experience preferred
