We all win together.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: " futura="" std="" condensed="" extbd",="" sans-serif;"=""><span style="font-size: 13pt;"><strong><u>WHAT WE’LL NEED</u></strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Marketing Coordinator role is a key member of the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) regional marketing team with responsibility for 200-250 restaurants owned by 10 Brand Partners (franchisees). </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A great Marketing Coordinator is a collaborative, creative and an energetic relationship-builder with the business acumen to achieve goals of sales growth, brand awareness and brand engagement.  </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">It’s someone who is an extremely strong communicator and relationship builder spanning different cultures and communities. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will take the lead in driving day to day sales optimisation, creating and activating marketing calendar plans alongside our brand partners, increasing digital effectiveness, improving brand impact, premiumization and global cohesion. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will focus on improving these elements in our existing 10 markets whilst being a pivotal player in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in any new market entries.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a remote role but requires regular international travel across the EMEA region.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: " futura="" std="" condensed="" extbd",="" sans-serif;"=""><span style="font-size: 13pt;"><strong><u>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</u></strong></span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;"><li><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Connect regularly to Brand Partner sales and marketing leads in each of our existing markets.</span></p><p> </p></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate and advise on marketing activation, innovation and calendar planning. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Brand Partners to safeguard brand communication in each market including logo usage, press release approvals, legislative considerations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support Brand Partners and the wider Team EMEA with regards to Marketing content for presentations and new market entry induction packs.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for sharing best practice content between markets and the Global Support Centre (GSC) where applicable.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate alongside the GSC activating Wingstop global moments across EMEA markets.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support on pricing and menu management recommendations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be the owner of sharing trend analysis and making meaningful recommendations of the back of it. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the marketing strategy and execution for new market entries within EMEA, including conducting competitor pricing analysis.</span></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide marketing consultation for key projects such as pre-market assessments, brand trackers, innovation research, pricing studies.</span></p><p> </p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent EMEA on marketing forums e.g. International Marketing calls, NME project calls and digital calls and share key activities.</span></p><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;"> </p></li><li><p style="line-height: normal;
