Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Apprentice to join our dynamic operations team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced logistics and supply chain industry. You will play a key role in supporting the inventory and coordination processes across multiple departments, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, including stock tracking and reporting.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

  • Support the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Help monitor stock movements and resolve discrepancies in stock records.

  • Participate in inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Update internal systems with accurate inventory and delivery data.

  • Learn and apply supply chain best practices and compliance procedures.

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics and inventory metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and order accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Some flexibility may be required during peak periods.
