Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager will manage and support geotechnical projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support proposal development, opportunity reviews, level‑of‑effort estimating, and strategic pursuits
  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of geotechnical investigation and design projects, ensuring quality, safety, and technical excellence
  • Manage scope, schedule, risk, budget, and performance metrics to deliver successful outcomes
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align technical inputs across various disciplines
  • Develop project plans, resourcing strategies, and detailed work breakdown structures
  • Provide progress updates, resolving issues, and supporting invoicing and financial stewardship
  • Track project financial health, forecasts, variances, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with WSP’s project delivery framework, governance, and quality requirements
  • Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to building project management capability across the team
