Jr. Contract Lifecycle Operations Specialist

The Jr. Contract Lifecycle Operations Specialist will manage legal agreements, ensure compliance, and support the quote-to-cash workflow while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally
  • Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients
  • After execution, deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows
  • Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates
  • Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation
  • Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional
