Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior HVAC technicians in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

  • Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.

  • Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and job site materials.

  • Participate in training sessions on safety procedures and technical skills.

  • Monitor and report system performance to supervisors.

  • Ensure all work meets relevant codes and standards.

  • Provide exceptional customer service during installations or service visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
