HR Recruiter - Fresher & Experienced Roles (Delhi/NCR)

Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is a leading provider of staffing solutions, specializing in connecting talented professionals with top-tier organizations. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about recruitment and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various sectors for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sources to identify qualified candidates for various positions.

  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.

  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for both current and future opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the right talent is hired.

  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers to candidates and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the client organization.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Recruiting Software: Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Experience:

  • Fresher: No prior experience required, although an internship or training in recruitment or HR is a plus.

  • Experienced Professionals: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in staffing agencies or consultancy firms.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

  • Sourcing Techniques: Knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including social media platforms and job boards.
