HR Recruiter - Contract Staffing for International Projects (Lebanon)

Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, specializing in contract staffing for international projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing talent for global assignments. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit top-tier candidates for various international contract-based positions across different sectors, including technology, engineering, and business services.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the respective project requirements.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with international hiring managers to understand project-specific requirements and align recruitment strategies with client needs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and international clients to ensure timely recruitment and placement of candidates.

  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, global talent markets, and the competition to identify new sourcing opportunities and strategies.

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into their roles within the international projects.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local and international labor laws and corporate policies.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate progress, and placement data for reporting to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in recruiting for international projects, preferably within a contract staffing environment.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage expectations with both candidates and clients.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Cross-cultural competency and an understanding of global talent acquisition practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international contract staffing.

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of sectors such as technology, engineering, finance, and business services.

  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in international projects.

  • Experience working with remote teams and managing international recruitment challenges.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time, contract-based position.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+3), with flexibility to accommodate global time zones when necessary.
