Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, specializing in contract staffing for international projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing talent for global assignments. This role involves collaboration with various international teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality candidates for our growing international portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit top-tier candidates for various international contract-based positions across different sectors, including technology, engineering, and business services.
Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the respective project requirements.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with international hiring managers to understand project-specific requirements and align recruitment strategies with client needs.
