The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Operations Project Manager will serve as a critical bridge between executive leadership and day-to-day operational execution. This role is ideal for a results-driven “driver” who is equally comfortable handling detailed logistics tasks and overseeing high-level company initiatives. The right candidate will bring structure, accountability, and forward momentum—ensuring priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining alignment with broader business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Logistics Triage & Accountability: Monitor all incoming logistics requests, assign ownership, and follow up relentlessly to ensure the team completes "to-dos" on time.
  • Strategic Project Management: Drive and manage high-level business initiatives at the directive of the VP of Operations and COO.
  • Operational Reporting: Track progress on long-term goals and ensure departmental tasks align with broader company KPIs. The candidate will manage and distribute reporting from Excel (creating reports is not required).
  • Loop Closing: Identify bottlenecks in processes and proactively suggest solutions to leadership.​

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience: 2–3+ years of management experience, logistics, or project management is ideal; promo experience is not necessary.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic Excel skills are required; knowledge of pivot tables or intermediate skills will be helpful.
  • Integrator mindset: Able to take a vision from the COO and break it down into actionable steps for the team.
  • High assertiveness: Comfortable holding team members (and leadership) accountable to deadlines.
  • Project management expertise: Proficiency in managing complex workflows and multi-phase initiatives.
  • Solutions-driven: Able to identify issues/bottlenecks and help implement resolutions.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 65,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (US)
