You\'ll be required to create an account or sign in to an existing one.</p><p>Regular or Temporary :</p><p>Regular</p><p>Work Shift :</p><p>1st shift (United States of America)</p><p><b>Please review the following job description :</b></p><p>Peak Health seeks a Full-time (32 Hours) RN in Florida – work hours will be 4 days between Monday and Friday 8am-5pm. Days of week are flexible, but must be 8 hours per day.</p><p>Travel is required – some travel time is included in the schedule. Current areas include Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie, Plantation and Boca Raton. Only travel to one site per day. While not currently required also looking for someone to do occasional overnight travel.</p><p>Successful candidate will be a licensed RN with a multi-state license in the state of Florida.</p><p>Position will be 32 hours weekly, but training will be a full week (Monday - Friday : 40 hours).</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><p>Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.</p><p>1. Registered nurse travels to assigned client employment site to provide health evaluations for the participants, including :</p><p>a. Reviewing the individually completed Health History Questionnaire</p><p>b. Reviewing and interpreting individual blood lab test results</p><p>c. Obtaining individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.</p><p>d. Establishing individual goals by making recommendations for improving the individual\'s health risk.</p><p>2. May conduct evaluation via teleconference when no site is available.</p><p>3. May perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p><b>Required Qualifications :</b></p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required. Excellent motivational and coaching skills</b></p><p>The annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. The starting hourly wage for this position is $24.03 - $28.84. Depending on experience level.</p><p>General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH :</p><p>All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance Holdings, LP (TIH) offering the position.
