With a focus on both creative authorship and strategic execution, the studio is committed to fostering innovative storytelling.</p><p>Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Head Writer to partner in developing a one-hour serialised drama that blends heightened storytelling and character-led depth.</p><p>This is a founding creative partnership.</p><p>The Head Writer will work closely with the creator to shape long-term narrative architecture, ensemble dynamics and thematic coherence across seasons.</p><p>We\'re looking for someone who:</p><p>Thinks structurally in multi-season arcs</p><p>Trusts the audience and avoids over-explaining</p><p>Can build character psychology through behaviour</p><p>Understands how concept and intimacy must coexist</p><p>Can hold narrative cohesion across culturally textured perspectives</p><p>Understands how genre can mirror real-world power dynamics</p><p>Is comfortable holding both intimacy and scale in the same frame</p><p>Tonally aligned with:</p><p>Character-led world-building</p><p>Elevated, character-driven drama within a heightened framework</p><p>Ensemble storytelling shaped by cultural perspective</p><p>Subtext-driven dialogue and behavioural detail</p><p>This project will involve developing writers from varied cultural perspectives as the world expands. The Head Writer must be capable of holding narrative cohesion across multiple voices.</p><p>We are building the core team for long-term development and series realisation.
