Freelance HR Consultant - Policy Design & Training Programs (Part-Time Remote)

Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and innovative Freelance HR Consultant to spearhead the design and implementation of modern HR policies and training programs. This part-time, fully remote role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on transforming HR strategies into actionable, impactful solutions. As a critical contributor to our growing business, you will be working closely with our leadership team to ensure our policies and programs are aligned with our company culture, compliance needs, and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive HR policies aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices.

  • Review and revamp existing HR procedures and documentation.

  • Create, implement, and evaluate engaging training and development programs for employees and leadership.

  • Provide expert guidance on compliance, labor laws, and employee relations issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies support company values and enhance employee engagement.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as needed.

  • Offer consultative support in areas such as performance management, onboarding, and employee handbooks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
