Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Controller (with additional CFO responsibilities). The Financial Comptroller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting and accounting standards, and manage financial control systems. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis, and supervising financial reporting to support the company's strategic objectives. The role also requires collaborating with senior leadership to provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and managing financial statements
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation and decision-making
  • Extensive expertise in finance and financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CFA designation required
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($125k - $250k)
