Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Shift: Overnight (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

Victory Village Christian Academy is a faith-based, nonprofit boarding program for girls. We are seeking a reliable and attentive Night Watch Staff member to supervise the dorm during overnight hours and help maintain a safe, structured environment.

Scheduling is flexible and may include part-time or full-time hours depending on availability and program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure students remain in their rooms and follow nighttime expectations
  • Maintain a quiet, safe, and secure dorm environment
  • Conduct routine dorm checks throughout the night
  • Respond appropriately to student needs or emergencies
  • Monitor for unusual activity or concerns
  • Assist with early morning routines as needed
  • Document and report any incidents to day staff

Requirements

  • Ability to stay awake and alert for the full overnight shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dependability
  • Ability to remain calm and handle situations appropriately
  • Good communication and observation skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a faith-based environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check
