SHS Family Support Practitioner (School:based)<br>Location: Delta Valley Academy, Cliffe Terrace, Bradford, BD8 7DX<br>Hours: 35 hours per week: 5 days per week. Monday: Friday term time only, plus inset days, plus 4 weeks (20 working days) to be completed over the school holidays.<br>Salary: A GBP 24,271: A GBP 27,020 per annum (This role is term:time only; the salary is in line with working weeks)<br>Closing date: Tuesday 5th May 2026<br>Interview Dates<br>1st Stage interview: (online interview) Monday 11th May<br>2nd Stage interview: (in person at the setting) Week commencing Monday 18th May to Friday 22nd May.<br>This is a permanent position<br>Overview<br>Our mission at School:Home Support is simple. Then read on.<br>Responsibilities<br>We are looking for a Family Support Practitioner to join our team and to make a difference in childrens lives every single day. As the Family Support Practitioner, you will be based at the setting and work in close partnership with school staff to deliver a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for the children and families we support.
