**Job Summary**

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for handling live chat messages on websites and social media accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate responses. With full training provided, you'll be able to start working right away and enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours, as long as you meet the minimum weekly requirement of 10 hours.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle live chat messages on websites and social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing questions about products, services, and policies
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior support agents when necessary

**Essential Qualifications**

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or live chat support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
