Acting as a central member of the marketing function, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed growth across multiple digital channels.</p> <p>This is an exceptional opportunity for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment and is ready to take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for a diverse portfolio of clients.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels (including search, social, display, and email).<br /> Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, KPIs, and brand tone.<br /> Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI.<br /> Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.<br /> Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.<br /> Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continuously improve digital strategy.<br /> Support new business efforts by contributing to client pitches, proposals, and digital strategy recommendations.</p> <p>Key Requirements</p> <p>4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.<br /> Proven success in managing paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and/or programmatic campaigns.<br /> Strong understanding of SEO principles, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and conversion tracking.<br /> Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is advantageous.<br /> Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.<br /> Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.<br /> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</p>
