For this role, you might have: </p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or digital marketing roles</li> <li>Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive pipeline</li> <li>Strong understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimization across the buyer journey</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AI-powered demand generation tools, Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) including lead scoring, segmentation, and automation</li> <li>Comfortable owning campaign performance and reporting with the ability to turn data into action</li> <li>Experience running A/B tests and experiments across channels, email, and landing pages</li> <li>Experience managing digital campaign budgets and optimizing spend for performance and ROI</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong instincts for messaging and content that drives engagement and conversion</li> <li>Comfortable contributing to content development in a lean team environment</li> <li>Self-starter who can move quickly and collaborate cross-functionally</li> <li>Bonus points if you have experience with website CMS and conversion optimization</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What You Will Be Doing</span></p> <ul> <li>Execute and optimize demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline including always-on campaigns, ABM, and event follow-up</li> <li>Help improve how we measure and scale demand generation through clear reporting, actionable insights, and improved data quality and effectiveness across the MarTech stack</li> <li>Support demand generation for new markets through targeted campaigns, messaging, and web experiences</li> <li>Execute ABM programs using enterprise motions including targeted ads, personalized email outreach, and tailored landing page experiences</li> <li>Own our email marketing program end to end including segmentation, persona nurture workflows, and campaign execution</li> <li>Continuously optimize and manage our paid digital campaigns across channels, providing budget recommendations grounded in performance data</li> <li>Partner with the Marketing Director to inform content priorities based on campaign performance and audience insights</li> <li>Collaborate on and contribute to campaign content such as emails, landing pages, and briefs while leveraging team support for larger assets</li> <li>Support SEO and AI-driven search visibility efforts by optimizing content and identifying opportunities to improve performance</li> <li>Partner with specialized external partners to advance projects and meet set objectives</li> <li>Run and iterate on experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing to improve performance and conversion</li> <li>Own and optimize marketing’s use of technology, AI tools and Account Engagement (Pardot) to improve automation, segmentation, and reporting</li> <li>Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, using data and attribution insights to improve campaign performance and pipeline outcomes</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales on system alignment and lead scoring model </li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Compensation</span><br>At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The starting salary band for this role is $80,000-$90,000.
