Data Entry Clerk - Fully Remote Opportunity

Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role will primarily involve entering, updating, and maintaining data across various company systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update information into company databases and software systems.

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.

  • Perform regular quality checks on data entries to identify and correct errors.

  • Organize and file documents for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Generate reports and documents from entered data as requested by management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow.

  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding data discrepancies or clarifications.
