<p>About the job</p> <p>We at Assist World are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) on behalf of client, who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable using AI tools and demonstrate initiative in solving problems and improving processes.</p> <p>This role begins as a 2-month contract with the opportunity to transition into a longer-term engagement on a month-to-month basis.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Manage customer service inquiries with professionalism and empathy across email and other communication channels.<br /> Support daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and stakeholders.<br /> Organize and maintain inboxes, respond to messages, and flag priority communications.<br /> Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft, proofread and optimize responses, processes, and documents.<br /> Assist in developing streamlined processes for efficiency and scalability.<br /> Provide ad hoc support on special projects as the company grows.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>3 -5 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Specialist or similar role.<br /> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.<br /> Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use AI tools, CRMs, and productivity platforms.<br /> Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.<br /> Independent, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.<br /> Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a startup environment.</p> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <p>Experience in health tech or startup environments.<br /> Familiarity with project management or customer support platforms.<br /> Creative problem-solving and process improvement mindset.</p>
