Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Coordinator - Packaging Projects. The Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing the packaging projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all aspects of packaging projects, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring that timelines and milestones are adhered to.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, supply chain, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and project flow.

  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that all packaging materials meet company specifications and quality standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all packaging designs comply with regulatory standards and meet internal quality assurance criteria.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project budgets, identifying any potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and timelines.

  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting any risks or challenges that could impact project outcomes.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role with typical working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Due to the nationwide nature of the role, some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones or project deadlines.
