HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our Office Support & Operations team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across departments including HR, Operations, and Finance.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation accurately.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
Support scheduling and calendar management for internal teams.
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
